Draw Organizers
HIDEVIME, S.A., hereinafter "VIME Hotels & Resorts", located in Calle Juan Ramón Jimenéz, Blq 6, s/n, 29600, Marbella (Málaga) and NIF A-29832573, has organized a draw called "Subscripción Newsletter 2011".
Participation
All persons over 18 years will be able to participate
Excluded from participation are; employees, retirees or families of HIDEVIME S.A. or associated companies.
The purpose of the draw is to get subscriptions to the Data Base for the VIME Hotels & Resorts newsletter. Therefore, each participant must subscribe to the VIME Hotels & Resorts newsletter to participate in to the draw.
The extraction of the winner will be done through a procedure entirely random. By the same procedure will be selected as an alternate for the case that, in accordance with these databases does not correspond deliver the prize to the corresponding winner.
This draw will be valid between 15th June and 30th September, 2011.
VIME Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to extend the period of duration for the draw, due promotional activities.
After the draw, VIME Hotels & Resorts will communicate the winner of the draw.
Exclusions
The e-mail address can not be duplicated and must be owned by the receptor and the person who subscribes.
Any email address which text may offend somehow to the persons by its nationality, culture, sexual or religious identity, or may attack somehow against The Universal Declaration of Human Rights will be excluded automatically from the draw. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is published by the United Nations Organization in the website http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/
The prize is not transferable. VIME Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel the prize in case of improper, wrongful or fraudulent use of the prize.
VIME Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for:- Wrong data processing.
- Draw wrong processing.
- Lost or delayed correspondence.
- Any direct or consequence hurt or damage caused to the winner by enjoying the price.
VIME Hotels & Resorts excludes any damage responsibility of any kind caused by the draw participation.
Participation is free, making the registration in our Newsletter, you can only register once.
HIDEVIME reserves the right to modify at any time these conditions, in which case it shall publish the changes on the Web www.vimehotels.com
The present general conditions are interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
In all matters relating to the interpretation, compliance and enforcement of the present conditions, HIDEVIME S.A. and participants, with express renunciation of any other jurisdiction or privilege that would otherwise be entitled, subject in a formal way to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga.
The participants expressly accept and just for the fact to register, the conditions governing the award.
HIDEVIME S.A. shall be exempted from any obligation or compensation with the participants, if, for reasons of force majeure or legal imperative this promotion would be canceled or suspended.
Email address delivery
It will be only valid one email address per person through the VIME Hotels & Resorts website www.vimehotels.com
Rights
Each participant has the right to just one and only participation for the draw. If during the draw process is detected any duplicated address or any participant is registered to participate with more than one email, it will be immediately deleted of its draw participation.
According with the written by the Spanish "Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre de Protección de Datos (LOPD)" Organic Law for Data Protection, herewith we inform that the data collected in this website will be incorporated to an automated file registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos) and belong to HIDEVIME, S.A., having as purpose the promotion of the properties owned or attached somehow to the company. Pursuant to the Article 5 of the mentioned law, you will be properly informed of the purpose and use of the data given by you.

All data provided by you in our website forms will be processed automatically and will be part of the file belonged to HIDEVIME, S.A. registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency. These data will be used for commercial purposes.
The participant undertakes the veracity of the supplied data.
According to the Article 5 of the Spanish "Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de de Protección de Datos (LOPD) de Carácter Personal" Organic Law for Personal Data Protection, you have the right of access, modification, cancellation and opposition to your data by written request to: Dpto. Marketing, HIDEVIME, S.A., C/ Juan Ramón Jiménez, Blq. 6 s/n - 29601 Marbella (Spain), as well as sending the mentioned request to the email address comercial@vimehotels.com, fulfilled so the stated notification in Article 5.4 of the law.
Winner
The draw to select the winner will take place in the Central headquarter office of VIME Hotels & Resorts. The draw winner will be noticed by email and must confirm acceptation of the award by notification by written email in a maximum period of 7 days.
The scheduled date for the drawing of the winner will be the 15th of October 2011, although this date may be subject to changes by promotional reasons.
Prize
The award will consist in One week of stay for 2 persons in Half Board at the Hotel VIME La Reserva de Marbella.
VIME Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to change the award, keeping always the value and features of the initial award.
The prize does not include transport, additional consumptions to half board such as can be for example drinks, additional meals, telephone, mini-bar, or any of the other services offered by the establishment.
Publicity
The draw rules may be exposed to the public attention in the VIME Hotels & Resorts website, as well as published in the participant and/or collaborator Hotels.
VIME Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to publish and share the name and/or the pictures or videos of the draw winner through the media channels that it deems appropriate.
For these purposes, VIME Hotels & Resorts may name, publish, photograph and/or film the winner. For all matters described in this PUBLICITY paragraph VIME Hotels & Resorts will not have to ask or pay (not in money, nor in species) to the winner.
Notification and publication of the winner
The winner of the draw will be notified by email from VIME Hotels & Resorts after the draw celebration, providing information about the draw and its result. In case that the winner does not respond in a period of 7 (seven) days accepting the result of the draw, the draw will take place again, in this case a new winner will be selected so that this new winner will be the person who will enjoy the award.
This new process will be performed again and will keep repeated until VIME Hotels & Resorts is able to contact and get response from the winner and he/she accept the result of the draw.
If the winner denies the acceptation of the prize, the process of the draw will take place again. No claim will be accepted for anything derived from the prize denial.
Prize delivery procedure
To enjoy the award, the winner has to make a reservation before the date he/she want to stay. This reservation has to be made through the Marketing and Sales Department in VIME Hotels & Resorts and get confirmation of that reservation from the Marketing and Sales Dept.
The period for the stay is valid until 30th April 2012 (maximum).

The winner of the draw will have the deadline of 30th April 2012 to enjoy the prize. The reservation of the prize is subject to Hotel availability.
The prize can be enjoyed on request excepting the following close dates:
- July and August months.
- Christmas and New Year.
- Easter.
- Bank, local, regional or national Holidays.
Requirements to Exchange the award:
- To show the National Identity Document (Spanish DNI), NIE, valid passport or Power of Attorney for its legal representative.
- Participant must be registered in VIME Hotels & Resorts website Data Base and the registration must be done during the validity period of the draw.
- Confirmation from the Marketing and Sales Department for the reservation of the award.
Once the prize reservation is made, the prize will be considered as lost in case of cancellation or No-Show.
The fiscal impact on the tax on the income of the natural persons by reason of the prize received shall be borne by and exclusive responsibility of the winner. Any other tax burdens shall be borne by the winner, with total indemnity for HIDEVIME S.A.
The prize above all does not support the possibility of change by another equivalent at the request of the winner, but if you may renounce the same, in which case there is no compensation for this.
Acceptation
The registration during the validity period of the draw in VIME Hotels & Resorts website Data Base entails the knowledge and full acceptation of these rules.
All draw participants agree to accept the draw results.
